Often working with international staff runs anything but smoothly. Misunderstandings, communication difficulties, professional and personal conflicts result from insufficient intercultural competence.
Foreign employees who are posted abroad and their families face many challenges. Especially the female partners of the expatriates have to face reorientation to manage the family and cope with everyday life alone – and often even with language barriers. Our intercultural training seminars are designed for individuals and businesses alike. Content and thematic focuses are shaped by the individual needs of the participants and those of the company and can be agreed upon in consultation with us.
